昨晚我服用了腎上腺素，無法入睡。
然後我做了非常複雜的夢，最重要的是，我收到了教導和訊息（每天晚上睡覺前，我都會透過轉向我的自我意識的內在部分來調用這些東西）。
今天早上，我一醒來，就試著記住要點，然後用擺錘測試它們的含義（目前這是我覺得最合適的系統，可以讓我理解、驗證和揭示） 。
我想特別指出兩個面向：
1）有些女性被迫嫁給比她們年長、更富有、更有權力的男人。 據我透露，這是一個寓言，說明靈魂「被迫」與執政官混在一起。 一切都以武力和推諉的方式發生。 有些靈魂生物（女性）沒有意識，而有些靈魂生物則非常清楚自己正在經歷什麼。
特別是，我看到了一個女人，身材苗條，端莊而沉穩，不年輕……不老，容光煥發的美麗（有點像奧黛麗·赫本），有著非常深邃的藍眼睛：她被迫嫁給了一個男人，這個男人我認為自己是一位強大的執政官（物質力量、操縱力等）。
我越看她，就越覺得對她的愛與日俱增。 但不是「肉體」的愛。 在某個時刻，那個女人看了我很長時間，仍然深深地看著我，將右手放在我的心上……直到「丈夫/執政官」介入並打斷了我們的交流。
當我清醒時，我明白（並測試）奴役也發生在我們星球的天空中：靈魂被執政官置於奴役之中。 它們也可以有很多。
尤其是她，她的意識水平比我高，但她帶著尊嚴接受了自己的處境，並意識到目前無法做任何其他事情。
非常難過。 我知道那個深藍色眼睛的存在想讓我明白，我的、我們的解放可以幫助很多人。 這是請求幫助，同時也是幫助。
我也明白，特別是與那個存在，我與靈魂家族有著聯繫，我感受到的偉大的「超凡脫俗」的愛讓我明白，這不僅僅是任何一個顯現出來的存在，而是一個他認識的存在，並且我知道。
當我醒來時，我收到的訊息是我們真的很重要，我們很重要，因為我們的工作可以幫助很多很多人
計劃。
我認為這個存在被稱為“米婭”。 據我透露，他是我們地球人所說的「天使」……但卻是個囚犯。
我知道我必須透過幫助我和為我做事來幫助他和許多其他人。 我知道我一定能再見到他。
2) 我夢見了你。
起初，在你們面前，我因為意識到自己的狀況而想哭。
然後，在另一個場景中，我們穿過一片開闊的田野，主要是一條高架道路（自然受到執政官技術的影響），你向那個人工製品扔了一根鋒利的木樁（一種長矛） 。 然後你用嚴厲的語氣轉向我，罵罵咧咧，告誡我，即使此刻我發現自己完全專注於工作問題（職業，即生存），我也必須繼續前進因為我還有31個“級別”、“宏觀區域”需要幹預，因此，我才剛開始。 我知道是你。
所有這些警告和跡象給了我很大的力量和勇氣，增強了我的決心和工作慾望。
